We DO NOT charge by the minute, 15 minute blocks or even by the hour!

We will attend your home or work place, diagnose and quote the completed repair before proceeding.

Many jobs can be completed within the initial flat rate call out, if the job will require parts or significant repair, we will quote the job for your approval.

(Parts are charged in addition to the flat rate call out fee)

On occasion, additional parts are required to complete the repair.

In this case, we will quote the cost of the part(s) and you can then decide whether you wish to proceed with the repair.  

There is no call out fee for subsequent visits where parts are required!

     We offer a 90 day warranty on all repairs.    
 

If your appliance experiences the same fault within 3 months, we will re-attend free of charge.
All parts used are covered by a 12 month warranty.
