We DO NOT charge by the minute, 15 minute blocks or even by the hour!

We will attend your home or work place, diagnose and quote the completed repair before proceeding.

Where additional parts are required to complete the repair,
we will advise the cost of the part(s) and labor so you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the repair.  

There is no additional call out fee if we have to order parts and come back and complete the repair!

     We offer a 90 day warranty on all repairs.    
 

If your appliance experiences the same fault within 3 months, we will re-attend free of charge.
All parts used are covered by a 12 month warranty.
